After-reading is the stage of connecting the main idea to daily life after cards are closed.
After-reading separates the word left after a card, the body feeling and the recurring thought.
Use this idea to name an emotion or pattern, not to manufacture a ready-made answer. Insight becomes valuable when it can be tested in ordinary life and translated into a choice that remains yours.
